Resale Documents - Sellers must obtain a resale package from the Management Office at a cost of $300. There is a Resale Package / Transfer Agreement that must be submitted along with your check or money order to the Management Office. Once we receive your payment and this application, Please allow a window of 5 - 7 business days to receive your prepared resale package. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY. Parking resale documents are available from the River Place Owners Association Office.
