Transient Occupancy

River Place East is a Housing Cooperative, to which all units are independently owned and or managed by Shareholders of the building.  Non-shareholder occupants are required to secure a residential lease, with a shareholder of the building.

Residential lease terms may be no fewer than three (3) months, for furnished units and no fewer than six (6) months for non-furnished units. Day by day rentals are not permitted and are a direct violation of the Rules and Regulations and By-laws of River Place East.

Residential privileges are only afforded to proper lease-holders / Shareholders of the building; all other occupants will not be afforded residential privileges without a proper lease.

Residential Privileges include:

  • Gym Membership
  • Swimming Pool Access
  • Lock Out Services
  • Maintenance Services
  • Parcel Reception / Concierge Services
